Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Al Liquor Sales Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a bottle that was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for a refund unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
